Medical Recruitment Manager for Metro Hospitals (SA)
Amanda Tanner O’Toole has been with Australian Medical Placements since December
2004. She has numerous qualifications in recruitment & business and still continues
to further her education. With several years of experience in the medical industry,
Amanda leads the coordination of Hospital Doctor recruitment and placements within
South Australian metropolitan hospitals.
With a strong focus on client relationship and customer service, she has a large
involvement in accreditation and compliance management. Within her role, she is
involved in staff training and development along with internal recruitment.

Deanna Malliaros
Medical Recruitment Manager for Metro Hospitals (SA)
Working in tandem with Amanda O’Toole, Deanna coordinates Hospital
Doctor recruitment and placements within South Australian metro hospitals. She joined
in Dec 2010 after completing certificate in Medical recruitment and coming from
a medical background within the Royal Adelaide Hospital (IMVS).

Marketing and Communications Officer
Joining the Australian Medical Placements team in Aug 2011, Lei brings over 15 years
of marketing experience from various industries. She has worked for Fortune 500
global companies such as Hewlett-Packard where she focused on brand & product marketing,
digital marketing, event management and corporate communications.
Lei is responsible for brand & advertising, website management, and other marketing
initiatives at AMP.

Cheryl Gilbertson APRCSA
Medical Recruitment Manager for Metro GPs & Correctional Facilities (SA)
Cheryl joined the Australian Medical Placements team in April 2011, with a strong
background in Relationship Sales in the Banking and Financial sectors, with a Certificate
IV in Financial Services.
Working closely with Briony, Cheryl is responsible for placing GPs in Metropolitan
Adelaide and Correctional Facilities in SA.
She is also responsible for new doctor enquiries as well as the interview and recruitment
process of new doctors.

Cheryl Davey
Manager Business Development, AMPHEaT (Health Education and Training)
Cheryl joined the Australian Medical Placements team in February, 2014. She has a Diploma of Management,
is an Education Activity Representative with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has extensive experience accrediting workshops through various medical colleges.
She brings a wealth of experience in creating engaging practical medical education workshops and events through her previous role and her 20 years in the event industry.
She is jointly responsible for the creation and management of Australian Medical Placements new Health Education and Training Division (AMPHEaT).

John has a vast and varied experience in teaching/presenting locally, nationally and globally.
His dominant passion is to integrate learning with technology in order to make effective education more fun than fun.

Eleah joined AMPHEaT in April 2017. She has an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor
of Business in Tourism & Hospitality. She has 12 years experience in event management and is currently
undertaking training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners to become and Education Activity Representative.
Eleah coordinates and supervises events held @313, and will be assisting with medical education workshops and other events.
