Promotion Period

By participating in Australian Medical Placements “Book. Work. Win. Quarterly $500 Draw” campaign, you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
- Promotion Period: The promotion runs quarterly:
- Q1: 1 February – 31 March 2026
- Q2: 1 April – 30 June 2026
- Q3: 1 July – 30 September 2026
- Q4: 1 October – 31 December 2026
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to all candidates who book and work shifts on the specified periods above. Any shift with a working date between the promotion start and end period will qualify, provided a Timesheet has been received.
- Entry: Each candidate who books and works a shift during the promotion period (including Saturdays and Sundays) with a corresponding timesheet or tax invoice submitted for payment will automatically be entered into the quarterly draw.
- Prize: The winner will receive a $500 prepaid Mastercard eGift Card via email. The card must be activated within six (6) months and used within twelve (12) months. If the winner fails to activate the card within six months, it will not be reissued.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email on the day of the draw, which will be announced each quarter. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
- General Conditions:
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
- Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Privacy: Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. This excludes where it is a requirement for prize delivery.
- Governing Law: This promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
12 Days of Christmas
Promotion Period

By participating in Australian Medical Placements “12 Days of Christmas” campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- Promotion Period: The “12 Days of Christmas” promotion runs from 4th of December to the 19th of December 2024.
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to all candidates who book shifts on the specified business days during the promotion period. A ‘booked shift’ is classified as a shift that has a corresponding confirmation send to both the client and the candidate.
- Entry: Each candidate who books a shift on a business day during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the daily prize draw for that day, to be drawn on the following business day. For shifts booked on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, entries will be pooled together, and the prize will be drawn on the following Monday.
- Daily Prize Draws:
- A daily prize will be awarded for each business day during the promotion period.
- For Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, one prize will be drawn on the following Monday.
- Prize drawn on the following business day
- Prizes: Prizes will be as published or of an equivalent value, subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email on the day of the draw which is the following business day. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Prize Collection: Prizes will be sent to the winners via email or post. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
- General Conditions:
